I am a dynamic senior executive in the healthcare sector who thrives on working in transformational change environments that are focused on growth. Early exposure as a Clinical Physiotherapist, and leading sales and business management of medical devices, consumables, and diagnostic devices have won me many accolades.

My skills are multifold, encompassing activities way beyond my professional qualifications. Right from operational leadership, sales, stakeholder management, budgeting, and critical contract management have given me a unique perspective of the clinical and business landscape of the health sector.

Venkat Kasuganti

Director

Venkat has over 20+ years of experience in incubating, growing, and managing start-ups related to software product development, consumer software, and end-user technology ecosystems. He has a passion for technology that enables people to be more productive and brings convenience to people’s lives. His interests lie in the development of integrated application ecosystems, paperless technologies and automated bookkeeping.

Venkat is a Commerce graduate and has a post-graduate degree in Business Management.

Dr. Narsing Rao

MD

Dr. Narsing G. Rao is an internist in Ocala, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Kindred Hospital Ocala and AdventHealth Ocala. He received his medical degree from N.K.P. Salve Institute Of Medical Sciences and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Kaushik Polusany

MCh, Surgical Oncologist

Dr Kaushik is working as an Assistant Professor of surgical oncology at Tata memorial hospital. He completed his MBBS from Mamata Medical College , post graduation in general surgery from PGIMER, Chandigarh and Mch surgical oncology from Tata memorial hospital.

Dr. Harshitha Rao Joopalli

MD, Radiologist

Dr.Harshitha is working as Assistant Professor of Radio Diagnosis at Mahavir Institute Of Medical Sciences since 2016. She completed her MBBS from SVS Medical College and post graduation in Radio Diagnosis from SIMS.

She is specialised in Obstetrics and Paediatric Radio Imaging.

Dr. Puneeth Joopalli

MS DNB (N.I.M.S), Vascular and Endovascular surgeon

Dr Puneeth is the director of Vascular surgery at Maxhealth hospital in Hyderabad. He has performed more than 8000 successful surgeries. His special interest is in salvage of diabetic foots without going till amputation.

Aditya Polsani

Aditya Polsani is the Director of Business Development at Center for Bioengineering Innovation & Design (CBID) at Johns Hopkins University where he establishes and manages partnerships with various medical device companies. In addition, he is also responsible for digital marketing, recruiting new talent and mentoring engineering development teams.

Gautham Polusany

Legal Advisor

Gautham Rao Polusany is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and currently practices before various fora including the High Court of Telangana; High Court of Andhra Pradesh; National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad; and the trial courts and tribunals situated in Telangana. He specializes in general civil / commercial litigation. Gautham also advises clients on general corporate law, title due diligence, and economic offences.
